Heat Resistant conveyor belt is a kind of fabric conveyor belt, as a general rule, when the temperature of the conveyed materials exceeds 60ºC, the use of a heat resistant conveyor belt will be more practical and economical. It is mainly used in short and medium distance materials transportation, very suitable for conveying hot sintering materials, pellets, clinker, chemicals, fertilizers, cement and other high temperature materials.

Classification of Heat resistant conveyor belt
Heat resistant belts are available in 2 versions:
T 1 - antistatic and resistant to temperatures of up to 120º C;
T 2 - antistatic and resistant to temperatures of up to 150º C;
T3 type belts are also available with resistance to temperatures of up to 180º C.

Specification and technical index of Heat Resistant conveyor belt
Heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used in metallurgy, cement, casting, electric power, building materials, chemical industry and other fields, mainly used to transport high temperature materials such as sinter, coke, steel castings, cement clinker, etc.
Product Classification
According to using temperature:
Grade 1 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 100 ºC, code T1;
Grade 2 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 125 ºC, code T2;
Grade 3 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 150 ºC, code T3;
Grade 4 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 180 ºC, code T4;
Product Features
The strength material of our heat resistant belt is EP fabric of high modulus and low shrinkage. The cover compound consists of modified SBR or EPDM. These make the belt have good thermal stability, that can be used widely to carry hot materials with surface temperature of 100-220ºC in steel plants, cement, coke glass plants and other industries.
